How we estimate burn
We multiply tasks per day by Notion's published credit bands for Auto and Opus 5.5, then compare to your personal Standard (1,500) or Select (500) monthly allowance. Month burn uses a 30-day month so the same inputs always give the same number.
Personal allowance, not workspace top-ups
This tool answers how long your included credits last. It does not price workspace credit packs or custom-agent overages. Those are a different question.

Do Notion AI credits reset?
Yes, each person gets a fresh Standard and Select pool every month. Unused credits do not roll over. See the reset page for dates.
How many Notion AI credits do I get?
Standard is 1,500 per person per month for Auto and Notion-picked models. Select is 500 for your model picks and custom agents. The two pools stay separate.
When do meeting notes use credits?
Starting Dec 1, 2026, AI meeting notes use about 10 Standard credits per hour. They do not draw from Select.
